All prices in Euro per day for the specified number of persons (apartments).
The apartments can only be booked for a stay of 3 days or more!
No breakfast can be booked in the entire house!
Visitor's tax € 2.00 per people (from 15 y.o.) and day exclusive.
Surcharge for additional person upon request.
With 2 full-paying adults, children up to age 4 free of charge in parents' apartment.
Pets on request € 8.00 per day (without feed)
Upon confirmation, please make a deposit of 30 per cent of the total price. Please ask us for bank details. If you arrive late or depart early, we charge 100% of the room rate from/until the date booked. Deposit = cancellation fee! If you make another reservation (minimum stay 6 days) within one calendar year, the cancellation fee will be taken into account. Court of jurisdiction is Kufstein Austrian hotel contract conditions are applicable. Visa, Maestro and Mastercard accepted.
